Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and versatile Engineering Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our engineering operations, you'll be responsible for supporting various administrative and operational tasks. Your primary focus will be on technical documentation, procurement, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including data sheets, specifications, manuals, and instructions
  • Coordinate and consolidate documentation packages for certification, licensing, permits, and customer data packages
  • Manage procurements with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring timely delivery and quality requirements
  • Work with our ERP system to track procurement, inventory, and delivery logistics
  • Oversee the workshop and warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong aptitude for technical documentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
