Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Change Management professional to lead a business transformation program for Unilabs in the Netherlands.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the successful candidate will define and implement a Change Management approach, partnering closely with the Head of Operations Transformation, Project Portfolio Office team members, and HR and Communications Business Partners.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and own the Change plan, assessing and articulating the impacts of changes on the company and stakeholders.
  • Provide a clear understanding of how changes can be mitigated through communications, training, and other means via a Change Impact Assessment framework.
  • Coordinate the development of the overall change management strategy, approach, and plan in partnership with HR, Communications, and the Transformation Office.
  • Coach subject matter experts involved in change impacts capture.
  • Prepare for business readiness by converting identified change impacts into a workable global Change Action and Mitigation Plan, ensuring an integrated approach to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years' experience in managing change programs and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in a global operating environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills to effectively convey business impacts to various audience groups.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Dutch language proficiency.
