Business Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building meaningful customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out inbound and outbound activities daily between calls, emails, social selling, direct mail, and video messages to engage with potential clients.
- Achieving quarterly qualified opportunity quotas through effective communication with C-level and VP-level Executives to address business needs.
- Maintaining and updating regular communication with our Sales teams to prioritize and select accounts to target.
- Leveraging a wide range of sales tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Be able to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Have 0 to 12 months of Sales or Customer-Facing experience.
- Have excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
- Have an eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and situations.
- Have the proven ability to meet performance goals, consistently delivering happiness to customers.
- Be passionate about personal and professional growth within the sales domain.
- Be willing to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
- Be able to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations.
- Professional level fluency in Swedish and English is preferred.
