Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Hekos. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing commercial and administrative support to our account managers, including contact with customers, wholesalers, and our commercial director.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Commercial and administrative support for our account managers
  • Contact with customers, wholesalers, and our commercial director
  • Preparation, assistance, and note-taking for weekly meetings, sales meetings, and trade shows
  • Analysis, monitoring, and management of data in our CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Preparation of visit reports and customer analyses
  • Order entry in our ERP system, Exact

Requirements:

  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • HBO level of education or higher, with a minimum of a completed MBO4 education, for example, in commercial economics or administration
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar function
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel is a must
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Exact is a plus
  • Good communication and commercial skills
  • Analytical skills
