Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will be responsible for executing procurement activities in accordance with prevailing regulations, policies, plans, and agreements.
Key responsibilities
As a Procurement Specialist, you will establish negotiation strategies, minimize risk, and search for and evaluate alternative suppliers. You will prepare ITT documents, perform tender evaluation and negotiation, and be responsible for establishing the form of contract.
You will process purchase requisitions, act as the single point of contact for commercial discussions with suppliers, and coordinate supplier quality surveillance. Additionally, you will ensure timely delivery of all documentation and process VORs from suppliers, controlling risk, interface, budget, reporting, and approvals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor or master's degree in a relevant subject, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You will have solid knowledge within contracting and procurement and advanced user-level Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.

We value ambitious and curious individuals with good communication and cooperation skills. You will have a structured and systematic approach, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work on several complex tasks at the same time. Fluency in Norwegian and English is a must.
