Operational Buyer Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Buyer to join our team at Page Personnel. As an Operational Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal customers and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Transform Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders, communicate with suppliers, and ensure timely order confirmation and delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to supply agreements, collaborating closely with buyers to ensure seamless procurement processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, addressing queries, supporting procurement processes, and implementing improvements based on KPIs.
