Role Overview

As an Administrative Support specialist, you will play a vital role in enabling effective management by coordinating activities and providing information to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements, ensuring timely and correct coordination.

2. Organize and maintain proper administration of files, records, and correspondence according to regulations and standards.

3. Manage relevant databases and reporting tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Ensure timely and correct correspondence from management, both prior to and following meetings.

5. Prepare special reports, gathering and summarizing data at the request of the Management Team.
