Job Title: Brand Manager OTC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand and marketing strategies for our OTC products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand and marketing plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize media planning and budget allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including category management, media management, sales, finance, and supply.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG or OTC marketing.
  • Relevant education, university degree required.
  • Proven experience with product innovation & NPD processes, business marketing, P&L management.
  • Proven experience with brand and advertising strategies, asset productions and media planning.
  • Native Dutch & very good English language skills.
  • Experience in leading projects involving cross-functional, international collaborations in a corporate environment.
