About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Management Specialist to join our Offshore Energy team at Boskalis. As a key member of our Global Engineering division, you will play a critical role in identifying, prioritizing, and addressing potential opportunities and risks in the tender and project execution phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations, to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate risk sessions for the Tender team and ensure risk management remains a top priority throughout the organization.
  • Document and track the status and implementation of risk response actions, and log lessons learned and best practices for future reference.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience as an engineer, preferably in the Offshore Energy sector.
  • A master's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Logistic Management, or a similar field.
  • Experience in Monte Carlo or logistical simulations, or Oracle Primavera Risk is an advantage.
  • A good command of written and spoken English.
