About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Director to join our team at frog. As a Design Director, you will be responsible for leading our design teams in creating innovative and user-centered solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design teams in the development of design strategies, design systems, and products that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, sales, and delivery teams, to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our design solutions are innovative and effective.
  • Contribute to the development of our design culture and values, and ensure that our design teams are empowered to make a positive impact on our clients and their customers.
Requirements
  • 7-12 years of professional experience in human-centered design consulting, with a focus on product development and design strategy.
  • Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering successful design projects.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide high-performing teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design solutions and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
