Equity Sales Representative

The Equities team at Euronext is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Equity Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by managing the existing client base.
As an Equities Sales Representative, you will focus on equities sales, account management, and client relationship development. You will work closely with the derivatives and post-trade team across Benelux and German markets. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of client meetings, transactions, and feedback.
- Author reports on sales performance and client portfolio.
- Work with other teams to provide seamless client service: research, trading, and compliance.
- Participate in regular meetings and discussions to improve sales strategies and client services.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in equity sales, account management, or a related financial sales role.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets.
- Proficient in CRM software and tools for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
