Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Consultant with a focus on Reporting, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with stakeholders at various levels to facilitate effective program reporting.
- Coordinating significant project meetings, including the Credit Chain Oversight Committee (CCOC).
- Assisting in the preparation and organization of key executive meetings.
You will be part of a collaborative team within the Credit Transformation Office, which emphasizes teamwork, proactive engagement, and transparent communication. Your role will involve synthesizing various initiatives into cohesive reports that span the entire credit value chain, necessitating strong collaboration with multiple departments such as Client Units, Risk, Finance, IT, and DM&A.
Candidate Profile- Proven experience as a consultant with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Ability to analyze complex information and communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with a talent for translating concepts into actionable plans.
- Passion for enhancing customer experiences through impactful initiatives.
- Strong collaborative skills, with a history of mobilizing cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in credit processes, change management, or communication strategies is highly valued.
- Competitive gross monthly salary based on experience and qualifications.
