Delta Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning and executing efficient logistics operations to meet the strategic needs of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate with various stakeholders, including business units, factories, logistics partners, and customers, to ensure smooth shipment arrangements and on-time delivery schedules.
* Oversee the operations of logistics partners, focusing on inventory management and order fulfillment.
* Prepare sales reports for monthly business reviews.
* Monitor logistics performance and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and customer audit requirements in logistics operations.
**Requirements**
* University degree in logistics, business administration, or engineering.
* Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive logistics and hub management.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP/EDI for order fulfillment and sales forecast analysis.
* Technical background in electronic components is a plus.
* Ability to manage dynamic supply and demand activities effectively.
* Fluency in English. Chinese (Mandarin) is considered a plus.
* Excellent organizational, prioritization, teamwork, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Proficient in negotiation and collaboration with other functions and business partners.
* Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail and timely execution of tasks.
