Salary

A competitive salary and benefits package (pro-rated for part-time) are available for this role, with an estimated annual salary of €50,000 based on industry standards in the Amsterdam area.

Job Description

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless office operations in Amsterdam, supporting international colleagues, and fostering a welcoming work environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage all practical aspects of office administration, including meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and vendor communication for the Amsterdam office, as well as remote support for German and Belgian offices.
  • Craft a Thriving Workplace: Cultivate a dynamic and inspiring environment for colleagues in Amsterdam, Antwerp, and Berlin.
  • Team Player & Culture Champion: Organize internal events, support new employee onboarding, and serve as a friendly point of contact for everyone.
  • Eyes and Ears at the Office: Provide information, answer questions, and respond to requests promptly.
  • Client Focus: Deliver exceptional service to visitors, manage the switchboard and general emails efficiently, and represent the company professionally to external parties.
  • Administrative Powerhouse: Handle administrative and finance tasks, including invoice management, coordinating benefits, and supporting other functions.
  • Office is Your Business Card: Maintain a well-organized, representative, and stocked office space.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative work style, fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal), with German or Dutch considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
