Role Overview

Foleon is a leading content creation platform that empowers business teams to produce engaging content experiences. As an Agency Partner Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, retaining, and growing our customer base in the agency segment.

This role requires a strong understanding of the product and its features, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers about their specific business needs. You will work closely with marketing teams and creative agencies to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our platform.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage 150+ accounts of our agency partners
  • SUCCESSFUL ONBOARDING OF NEW AGENCY CUSTOMERS
  • Guide and inspire agencies to fully utilize their subscription
  • Host monthly webinars to engage with your accounts in a scalable manner
  • BUILDING MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR CUSTOMER BASE
  • Sourcing and closing of expansion opportunities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
  • Participating in marketing activities focussed on our agency partners
  • Healthy retention of your accounts
Requirements
  • +3 years experience in partner-facing, quota-carrying roles in business development, strategic alliances, or account management at SaaS organizations.
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING LONG-LASTING PARTNERSHIPS.
  • A solid understanding of, and exposure to working with, regional partners, resellers, or solution partners.
  • FLEXIBILITY TO ALIGN YOUR WORKING HOURS TO THE TIME ZONES OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO A CERTAIN EXTENT.
  • In-depth understanding of the business model and way of creative agencies.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
