Client Success Manager

In this position, you will:

  • Lead and mentor team members, ensuring clarity in roles and prioritization of tasks.
  • Provide practical insights into the implementation of Customer Success functions, guiding the team effectively.
  • Offer mentorship and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Empower team members to realize their full potential and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring they achieve proficiency with our solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique success factors.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Spacewell SaaS product.
  • Address technical inquiries, conduct demonstrations, and assist clients in maximizing their product value.
  • Highlight the tangible benefits of our solutions through compelling success stories.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, proactively addressing potential churn.
  • Act as the voice of the client by gathering and communicating feedback on product features, usability, and overall satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor client usage patterns.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and collaborate with the sales team to leverage these opportunities.
  • Provide regular, clear, and concise reports on client success metrics, health, and overall satisfaction.
  • Communicate the status of client accounts and identify areas for improvement or additional support.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Proficiency in the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
  • Several years of experience leading a Customer Success team in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Comfort with using a CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • A customer-centric approach.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • A curious and inquisitive nature.
  • A results-oriented focus.
  • Strong adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional teamwork abilities.

In addition to flexible working hours and remote work options, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package (including a company car) commensurate with your experience, 28 vacation days per year, and a monthly home office allowance of €50 net.
