Team Collaboration
You will collaborate closely with our talented reseller team, ecosystem experts, and global sales professionals. Together, you will form a cohesive unit focused on identifying the right partners for Sendcloud and elevating our business to new heights. Successes are celebrated collectively, and innovative strategies for attracting valuable partners are encouraged. You will work from our office and report directly to the Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee the most efficient inbound channel for sales. Your contributions will span several key areas:
- Partner Development - Engage new and exciting partners, provide product training, and ensure they are well-informed about Sendcloud's offerings. You will also keep partners updated on our technological advancements and product enhancements. Once established, you will ensure partners collaborate effectively to drive business growth.
- Sales Collaboration - Work closely with sales representatives on pitches and proposals for partner-referred opportunities, acting as an e-commerce consultant during demonstration meetings. Collaborate with partners to identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Community Engagement - Lead local e-commerce and technology communities, ensuring Sendcloud is recognized across various sectors. Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS environments.
- 2-5 years of experience in partner management and sales; consultancy experience is also valued.
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- A proactive individual with a pioneering spirit and a strong networking ability.
- Solid technical understanding of APIs.
