Channel Transformation Program Intern

Job Description:

As a Channel Transformation Program Intern at Philips, you will have the opportunity to support the management of the Partner Transformations Program for the International region while actively participating in the digitization and automation of processes.

Your Role:
  • Conduct in-depth research and case studies on the spare parts logistics business model, utilizing and improving your skills in data analytics and Robotic Process Automation.
  • Support project management office activities across the Market and Function, facilitating meeting cadence, Kaizen, and workshops, and simplifying and visualizing complex processes to enhance their understandability.
  • Collaborate closely with Region, Zones, and Service Operations Organization as part of the Channel Transformation Program, specifically the Spare Parts workstream.
You're the Right Fit:
  • Currently a student at a University or University of Applied Sciences (WO or HBO), studying Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related degree.
  • Possess analytical thinking skills and are proficient in preparing visual presentations, quantitative analytics, modeling, and conducting thorough research.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
What We Offer:
  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands.
  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations.
  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €145,- net.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop.
