About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our ESG Transformation Team in planning, preparing, and executing the ESG vision 2030 project with a co-creative approach.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the ESG Transformation Team in planning, preparing, and executing the ESG vision 2030 project.
  • Organize and execute activities such as project definition and planning, stakeholder communication and meetings, preparation and support of co-create workshop sessions, mature and iterate workshop outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Currently a student in economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with company vision creation and transformation.
  • Preferably moderate level of ESG understanding and experience.
  • Passionate about sustainability.
  • Strong moderator/workshop skills and excellent stakeholder management skills for within the organization and across various stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent project management skills: successfully manage multiple projects/tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Application skills and experience: Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Miro, Teams, video editing.
  • Nice to have: experience with co-creation sessions, AI image generation, trend research, regenerative, radical thinking.
