Tech Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team at Picnic, a leading online supermarket in Europe. As a Tech Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a development team and driving the delivery of high-quality, secure, and performant solutions for our business.
With a strong background in back-end development, including Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, you'll be able to design and estimate technical solutions for complex challenges. Your experience in leading projects and teams will enable you to empower your team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a development team and drive the delivery of mission-critical products and services
- Design and estimate technical solutions for complex challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders from tech and business to translate requirements into scalable and resilient solutions
- Provide in-depth technical expertise for your product and act as a point of contact for other teams
- Build and evaluate team members through regular development conversations, personalized coaching, and mentorship
