Job Summary

Avery Dennison is seeking an HR Representative to join our team in the Netherlands. As an HR Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring business continuity and handling all HR tasks and processes. You will also act as a trusted advisor and provide support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure business continuity and be responsible for all HR tasks and processes, together with the team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and provide support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, from onboarding and performance management to legal compliance.
  • Consult on career/skill development opportunities and plans with a view to talent development and succession planning for our teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with our HR Center of Excellence (Global Workforce Operations) to leverage expertise and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Degree preferably in the field of human resources, law, business organization or psychology or similar.
  • First experience as HR Generalist, preferably in an international (matrix) organization.
  • First knowledge of topics such as recruitment, employee and organizational development, coaching/advising of managers of as well as handling labor law topics.
  • Broad basic understanding of the Dutch employment law/practices.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Willingness to learn and grow alongside our business growth.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurial thinking to build sustainable projects.
  • Flexibility to commute to other AD sites (located around Oegstgeest).
