Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and technical specifications to understand project requirements
  • Prepare cost estimates, technical and commercial proposals, and related documentation in response to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for proposal development
  • Assist in the review and editing of proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with customer needs
  • Maintain proposal templates, pricing databases, and other relevant documentation
  • Support proposal review meetings and participate in internal Contract Scorecard Reviews
  • Track and report on proposal status and outcomes to facilitate continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret complex technical requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of computers and applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • SAP and Salesforce experience a plus
