Support Specialist for Client Technical Issues

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least two years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will also have knowledge of customer service principles and practices, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
