About the Role

As a Be Informed Developer at Blyce, you will play a key part in the digital transformation journeys of government clients in Small Island Developing States (SIDS) and developing countries. Your mission is to empower these nations to leverage technology and drive meaningful change in the quality of life for their citizens.

We are looking for a skilled software developer who is eager to specialize in the innovative Be Informed platform. If you have experience with Be Informed or other Business Process Management platforms, this is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills and expertise.

About the Job

As a Be Informed Developer, you will combine your technical expertise and process knowledge to solve complex business challenges. You will design, develop, and implement our solutions on the Be Informed platform, aiming to increase operational efficiency for our international government clients.

We offer an attractive benefits package, including a competitive salary, a one-year contract followed by an indefinite contract, and a range of benefits such as vacation days, vacation pay, and a variable gross compensation. We also provide a hybrid office and work-from-home policy, a company laptop, and all necessary IT resources.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or master's degree in informatics, Computer Science, Communication and Multimedia Design, Software Engineering, Software Development, Theoretical Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or another related field. You should have internship or work experience at a software company or project organization and professional proficiency in English. An advantage if you have experience working with the Be Informed platform or other Business Process Management platforms.

We are looking for a candidate who is intellectually curious, has an abstract conceptual thinking ability, and can come up with creative solutions. You should be able to handle deadlines well, set priorities, and handle complex situations in a structured way. Quality comes first, and you feel responsible to deliver a good product. You are assertive and know how to convey points of view in a clear and effective way.
