Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Machine Learning team. As a key member of our team, you will work on developing and implementing robust Machine Learning applications for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Machine Learning models using Python, SQL, and Git.
  • Work with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement data engineering pipelines using Kubernetes, Airflow, and Kafka.
  • Translate technical concepts to business stakeholders and focus on the human aspects to increase the impact of our Machine Learning applications.
  • Manage a growing set of projects and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering and leading development projects and teams.
  • Ambitious, pragmatic, and proactive with a passion for working in small teams for innovative clients.
  • Ability to connect with clients on board level (CTO, CFO, CIO, etc) to achieve maximum results.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and its data engineering components.
  • Experience with containerization (Kubernetes & Docker), networking, ETL/ELT-tools, and MLOps.
  • Technical consultancy experience.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English and eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
