About the Job:

We are looking for a talented Key Account Manager to join our Planet Pharma team in the Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and implement sales strategies, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in the medical device industry. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

This role involves frequent travel within the market to visit customers, attend events, and conduct sales visits. The candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with change.

Key Activities:

  • Achieve overall sales in line with pre-agreed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver commercial product training and company presentations.
  • Pro-actively inform and participate in hospital procurement processes and public tenders.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Previous experience in medical device field sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or similar.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
