About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Manager to join our team at Freeday. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the onboarding of our digital employees at clients, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process.

Your primary focus will be on ownership, planning, and prioritization, as well as stakeholder management. You will work closely with our clients to determine and achieve important milestones, define technical and process requirements, and establish an ambitious plan with tight deadlines.

As an expert consultant, you will turn the onboarding of our digital employees into a celebration, removing resistance and turning it into enthusiasm. You will have a flawless overview of your involved parties and stakeholders, flexibly switching between operational and management levels, coordinating the project team at the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in the implementation process at the client, from A to Z
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to determine and achieve important milestones
  • Define technical and process requirements to ensure the smooth onboarding of our digital employees
  • Establish an ambitious plan with tight deadlines and prioritize based on impact
  • Manage stakeholders, including operational and management levels, coordinating the project team at the client

Requirements:

  • A completed university degree (WO-opleiding)
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a project-based role, such as an account manager, product owner, or implementation manager
  • Ability to set clear priorities and communicate them effectively
  • Ability to simplify complex processes
  • Customer-oriented and positive/solution-oriented attitude
  • Experience with Agile work methods, excellent at prioritizing, and capable of achieving ambitious milestones
  • Affinity with modern technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Conversational Automation, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence
  • Ability to handle stress and maintain an overview at all times
  • Familiarity with the Google Cloud environment
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English
