As a Business Development Representative for Female x Finance, you will be responsible for driving the full sales funnel - generating leads, onboarding new partners through our Quality Mark, and building strong relationships with finance companies across the Netherlands and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, test, and refine outreach strategies to ensure a structured and repeatable process for identifying and engaging new B2B clients.
- Leverage data, automation tools, and creativity to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Design and implement outbound lead generation strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Qualify and nurture leads through a consultative sales approach, ensuring alignment with client needs and DE&I objectives.
- 1-3 years of work experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (preferably in B2B, recruitment, HR tech, or finance-related industries).
- A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach to communication that builds trust and inspires potential clients.
- Fluency in English.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative, experiment with new approaches, and continuously optimize sales processes.
