We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering and Assembly Foreman to join our team at Resato Hydrogen Technology BV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards, and motivating your team to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5-12 Assembly employees, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control the assembly process, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
  • Work closely with the Assembly Manager and Installation Coordinator to plan and coordinate work.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • MBO 4 education in electrical engineering, installation technology, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.
  • Managerial experience in an assembly environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language.
