Job Description

The Bosch Group is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join its Data-Driven Engineering team as a Digitalization Intern. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of existing digitalization guidelines, analyzing their application across various innovation milestones, and identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or outdated practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a strong understanding of digitalization concepts, and excellent communication skills. They will be proficient in English verbal and written and available for a minimum internship period of 6 months. The internship will provide the opportunity to work at the Bosch office in Tilburg and be based in the Netherlands, preferably near Tilburg.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting a comprehensive review of existing digitalization guidelines and analyzing their application across various innovation milestones
  • Researching and benchmarking current digitalization guidelines against industry best practices
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to gather insights on the effectiveness of current guidelines and collect feedback on challenges encountered during the digitalization of proto lines and value streams
  • Proposing a set of optimized digitalization guidelines that address identified gaps and inefficiencies
  • Validating the proposed guidelines by applying them to a selected proto line or value stream
  • Developing comprehensive documentation outlining the optimized guidelines and creating training materials to support their implementation across the organization
