About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of DTC to lead the strategic acceleration of GPN's Optimum Nutrition online platform in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to and supporting the execution of GPN's DTC strategy for Optimum Nutrition Europe, with a focus on building the ON brand and driving brand awareness, conversion, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive business results and accelerate the DTC strategy for Optimum Nutrition Europe.
  • Lead a team of 6 people and create a strong performance culture fueled by creativity, innovative thinking, and entrepreneurship.
  • Partner with E-Commerce, Brand.Com, and In-Market Teams to drive the Online Commercial, Content, and Community agenda and deliver a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external agencies and partners to support tech and platform initiatives.
  • Work closely with the E-Commerce Director, VP of Brand.Com, Performance Marketing, and Digital Commerce Leads to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in Commercial and Digital functions, with experience in D2C leadership and management positions.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team to success.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive business results.
  • Comfortable presenting and influencing at all levels of an organization.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the technology or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • High learning agility, and curious and passionate in the area of digital.
  • Growth mindset and relentless in pursuit of growth.
  • Action-oriented, able to zoom in and out of the detail, and cut through complexity to drive decision making.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies, platforms, and tools in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages ideal.
