Electrical Supervisor Job Description

At PM Group, we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and successful delivery of our large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Safety: Ensure the safety and health of all personnel working on or visiting the site, promoting compliance with the Construction Safety and Health Plan and Environmental Management plans.
  • Coordination: Monitor site activities, ensuring contractors complete their contracts in terms of safety, quality, schedule, cost, and documentation.
  • Quality: Implement the Contractors' Quality plan, conducting daily inspections to ensure required standards are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree-educated or strong trades background, with at least 10 years' experience in the construction sector on live sites.
  • Skills: Excellent reporting and communication skills, with significant LOTO and supervision experience.
