Position Overview
What will you be doing?
As a Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist at J-Club International B.V., you will be tasked with the creation, implementation, and enforcement of effective compliance and quality management programs within our vibrant organization. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) and various departments to ensure that our operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations while consistently upholding high-quality standards across all processes and products.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations;
- Monitoring changes in legislation and advising management and staff on compliance matters;
- Conducting risk assessments and formulating strategies for effective risk management;
- Establishing and sustaining quality standards and processes within the organization;
- Preparing reports on compliance with regulations and quality performance;
- Maintaining detailed documentation related to compliance and quality procedures;
- Supporting the implementation of compliance and quality guidelines at all organizational levels.
Qualifications
What do you need?
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, law, quality management, or a related discipline;
- Proven experience in compliance management, quality assurance, or a related area;
- In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities;
- Problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
