Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team at Quentin Hotels. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for processing corporate and private reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Reservation Processing: Process and manage hotel reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions.
- Customer Communication: Communicate reservation details to the Front Desk and provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Front Desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Policy Implementation: Implement hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
