As an Oracle DevOps Engineer within our Group IT HR/Supporting team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our software solutions effectively support user needs and enhance their processes. Your mission is to develop software that maximizes user satisfaction by minimizing manual tasks and ensuring seamless integrations with other systems. You will be tasked with crafting efficient solutions that elevate the overall user experience.

This position is well-suited for individuals who:
Have experience in analyzing and designing business requirements for HR systems such as Workforce Management, Cornerstone, and AFAS, or are eager to learn Are capable of developing change requests using tools like Oracle PL/SQL, APEX, Kafka, and Redwood RunMyJobs Can document solutions in Atlassian Confluence and collaborate with offshore support teams to monitor system stability Enjoy supporting international team members in system architecture, testing, and implementing new capabilities Are interested in collaborating with external software vendors to integrate applicationsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field Proficiency in software development using Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle APEX Experience with scheduling tools Knowledge of performance tuning techniques Familiarity with Kafka or other integration platforms is a significant advantage Fluency in both Dutch and EnglishWe encourage you to explore this opportunity further on our A.S.
