You will work closely with our co-founders to leverage user feedback and data for product enhancements and to accelerate customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement scalable growth strategies across various acquisition channels.
- Drive viral & referral growth through innovative strategies, including referral programs.
- Expertise in creative link building to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Utilize analytics platforms to track, report, and drive insights that inform growth strategies.
- Automate growth processes, such as lead generation, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement workflows.
- 3+ years of experience in a growth hacking, digital marketing, or similar role.
- Proven track record of building and growing communities to drive user engagement and retention.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel, and data visualization tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in driving organic and paid search performance.
- A/B testing and familiarity with growth marketing tools such as Hotjar.
- Competitive salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year.
