We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team at Not selling liquid. As a specialist in the field, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for our clients on leading fashion marketplaces like Zalando, Farfetch, and Miinto.

About the Role:
As a Marketplace Growth Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective strategies that boost visibility, improve sales performance, and enhance the overall online presence of our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their goals, identify areas for improvement, and provide expert guidance to ensure seamless integration into new marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive growth and increase sales on fashion-specific marketplaces;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives;
• Collaborate with our Growth Team to ensure seamless execution of marketplace strategies, including workload distribution and capacity planning;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the e-commerce industry, applying this knowledge to continuously improve processes and optimise performance;
• Mentor and inspire team members by sharing expertise and guiding them in developing their skills;
• Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for optimisation, implementing changes to improve product visibility and increase sales;
• Champion continuous improvement, overseeing multiple marketplace accounts to ensure they meet seasonal demands while focusing on long-term optimisation for better rankings, sales, and customer satisfaction;

Your Profile:
HBO/WO degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with marketplaces, either at an agency or in-house for a brand;
Experience with fashion marketplaces like Zalando, Farfetch, or Miinto, with a strong understanding of how to optimise for these platforms;
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on performance data;
Proactive and organised, with great attention to detail;
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit;
Curiosity and a growth mindset – you're always looking for new opportunities to improve performance and stay ahead of the competition;
Fluency in English is mandatory, Dutch is a plus;
