Job Title: HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, including personnel data, sick leave, and pensions
  • Coordinate the full-cycle onboarding process for new employees
  • Provide HR-related guidance and support to employees and management
  • Assist with 30% ruling applications and permit applications at IND for Highly Skilled Migrant employees
  • Support with monthly payroll activities

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant, preferably in an international environment
  • MBO+ or HBO level degree in Human Resources or an adjacent field
  • Experience with Dutch HR legislation and HR expatriate topics is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with MS Office and payroll administration
  • Detail-oriented and high level of autonomy
