Achieving Excellence in Tomato Breeding

Axia Vegetable Seeds Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing customers and expanding our network of tomato growers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling our tomato varieties to customers and growers, working closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities.
  • Providing cultivation advice to customers during tomato cultivation, ensuring the highest quality and yield.
  • Informing customers about our extensive portfolio of Axia varieties, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Participating in major international fairs and local events to promote our brand and products.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as horticulture or business.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of tomato cultivation and breeding, as well as the global tomato market.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
