People Operations Partner

We are looking for a proactive and skilled People Operations Partner to become a vital member of our People team in the Netherlands. This position plays a crucial role in facilitating both local and international HR initiatives, acting as the primary resource for all local employee relations concerns. The People Operations Partner will report directly to the local Head of HR while being an essential part of our exceptional global People Team, ensuring coherence with global HR strategies and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, offering guidance and assistance to both employees and managers. Address conflicts and grievances, ensuring equitable and consistent enforcement of company policies. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and suggest suitable actions.HR Support:
Collaborate with the local Head of HR to execute and oversee HR programs and initiatives that align with broader business objectives. Work in partnership with the global People Team to maintain uniformity across our entire workforce. Provide daily HR assistance to employees and management, covering performance management, career progression, and succession planning.Talent Management:
Assist our Talent Acquisition Team by partnering with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Design and implement onboarding programs to facilitate the seamless integration of new hires. Identify and address talent development requirements through training and development initiatives.Compliance and Policies:
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations. Create and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are current and effectively communicated to employees. Track and report on HR metrics to evaluate the success of HR initiatives.Strategic HR Initiatives:
Engage in the formulation and execution of global HR strategies and projects. Lead local HR projects and initiatives that promote organizational objectives and boost employee engagement. Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of HR and Global People Team based on HR analytics and trends.Key Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor laws and regulations. Experience within a global organization. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.Benefits:
