This role involves performing routine testing of samples, supporting method transfer, and assisting in maintaining an efficient and compliant laboratory environment. You will also play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine Testing: Perform routine testing of samples for release, characterization, immune monitoring, incoming goods, and environmental monitoring purposes.
  • Method Transfer & Validation: Support the transfer, validation, and qualification of methods to ensure robust and compliant testing processes.
  • Instrument Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Provide support for the maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments to ensure their optimal performance.
  • GMP Laboratory Support: Assist in maintaining an efficient GMP-compliant laboratory by ensuring adherence to all relevant guidelines and protocols.
  • Laboratory Investigations: Take part in laboratory investigations related to non-conformities and deviations, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Deviations Support: Provide support in managing and investigating laboratory deviations, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement Projects: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing laboratory processes and procedures.
  • Reagent and Disposable Management: Ensure the availability of critical reagents and disposables for daily activities, coordinating inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Documentation Support: Act as the point of contact for questions related to lab practices, documentation, and compliance. Provide guidance to team members as needed.
  • Work Instructions and SOPs: Write and update work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other necessary documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
