We are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Specialist to join our team at Searchsoftware. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our industrial equipment in our ultra-modern greenhouses.
Your primary focus will be on performing preventive maintenance, identifying and resolving faults, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement technical solutions that meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with industrial equipment, including electrical systems and control mechanisms
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement process improvements and upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, preferably with an intermediate diploma
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A willingness to work on call every 5-6 weeks, both during the week and on weekends
We offer a competitive annual salary range of €40,000 to €60,000, depending on your knowledge and experience. You will also have opportunities for personal development and growth within the company.
