About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Service Manager to join our Real World Data team at LOGEX Group B.V. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our team's delivery of value to our pharma and hospital clients, while ensuring efficient management of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance and Integrate Professional Services: Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for our life sciences business, driving growth and revenue.
  • Financial Management: Achieve financial targets and maintain budgetary constraints in collaboration with finance and accounting, ensuring the company's financial objectives are met.
  • Define and Deliver Strategic Plans: Align with industry best practices to improve efficiency and drive growth, ensuring our company remains competitive in the market.
  • Manage and Nurture Executive Relationships: Handle executive-level escalations and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Own Operational Metrics: Focus on metrics such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and on-time project completion, ensuring our team's performance is optimized.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and coach your team, particularly senior associates, to achieve their full potential and drive business success.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Involve in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financial targets, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.
  • Contribute to Long-Term Vision: Work with Commerce and P&T to introduce innovations and sustain business growth, driving our company's long-term success.
  • Primary Escalation Point: Ensure timely issue resolution and effective stakeholder communication for projects, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and Revise Policies: Create and implement Customer Office policies, ensuring our company's policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective.
  • Align Strategies: Ensure alignment with Company and Customer Office objectives, driving business success and growth.
  • Create and Promote Service Packages: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to drive bookings, developing and promoting service packages that meet customer needs.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and deliver insightful reports to the Executive team with recommendations for continuous improvement, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

With a diverse mix of impact-driven individuals with backgrounds in medicine, technology, and analytics, we are committed to improving healthcare through advanced analytical software.

About You
  • 7+ years of experience in leading and managing teams to deliver operational services;
  • 3+ years of experience with a subscription-based business model, delivering on-premises and SaaS solutions;
  • Experience managing technical, cross-functional professional services teams (e.g., consulting, implementation, project management) and delivery partners;
  • Experience in the healthcare, pharma, or hospital sector is a plus;
  • You are a strong planner and have strong communication skills;
  • Result-driven, with a structured way of working and pragmatic flexible mentality.
