Job Title: Scrum Master

ASML is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for driving the team of highly professional Safety Handling control engineers to high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure delivery of solutions to achieve PI objectives committed by the team
  • Ensure that risks, operational dependencies, and impediments are solved by the team or properly escalated
  • Provide insights and transparency on team maturity, predictability, progress, performance, and secure quality of the value delivered
  • Ensure that the team relentlessly improves on ASML processes and way of working (based on agile mindset and principles)
  • Ensure the Team rituals are effective and contribute to Training
  • Enable a High-Performing Team
  • Contribute where possible to the Community of Practice (CoP)
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor, Master Degree, or PhD in a technical field such as (Electronic/Mechanical) engineering, with focus on Control
  • At least 4 years of experience within electronic design, preferably within ASML or in related high-tech industry
  • A technical background (both theoretical and practical) in at least electronics and control
  • Experience in multidisciplinary project work involving mechanics, electronics, and software as Scrum Master is a plus
Skills:
  • Team player, highly motivated, enthusiast, flexible, and a good communicator, ability to think and act on a strategic level
  • Think broad, learn fast, take responsibility, act decisive, and show critical sense
  • Lead and work with a multidisciplinary team, give direction, and motivate
  • Convince others of your ideas
  • Strong analytical ability with a pragmatic attitude
  • Good knowledge of English language
