About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Capi-Lux. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers
  • Advise customers on the latest electronics products and promotions
  • Ensure an attractive presentation of products and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process customer transactions and handle returns and exchanges
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours, including early mornings and evenings
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic knowledge of electronics products and promotions
  • Ability to lift and move products as needed
What We Offer
  • An hourly wage of €13.68 plus allowances and commissions
  • Irregularity allowance for working on weekdays in the early morning, early evening, or late evenings
  • Travel allowance of 23 cents per kilometer with a maximum of €215 net per month
  • The ability to earn commissions for sales results
  • 24 vacation days per calendar year for full-time employment
  • 8% holiday pay
  • Participation in the pension scheme from the age of 18
  • Discounts at various shops at Schiphol
  • The opportunity to buy products from our stores at a discounted rate twice a year
