Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests with a smile.
  • Upsell menu items to maximize revenue and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a food and beverage role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
