We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage Department and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality food and beverage experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting.
  • Ensure efficient and effective service delivery in all food and beverage outlets.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards in food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Recruit, train, and develop food and beverage staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and manage budgets for food and beverage operations.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
  • Implement cost control measures without compromising quality and service.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through effective service and quality management.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly interact with guests to gather feedback and improve services.
  • Develop promotions and events to drive F&B revenue.
