About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards and quality in our restaurant, bar, and room service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front and back of house operations to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Lead staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize food and beverage revenue.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving improvement and consistency in service standards and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Complete opening and closing duties.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of F&B standards, service, and products.
  • Excellent communication skills and a great team player.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and/or any other language is appreciated.
  • Flexibility to work all days of the week and on holidays.
