At Arvato, we are on the lookout for a highly skilled Recruitment Manager to lead our team of recruiters in driving our growth forward.

We offer a competitive salary range between €4,000 and €6,543 per month, plus a fully paid retirement plan and discounted gym memberships.

As Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding our recruitment team, building a solid strategic recruitment plan, and managing key recruitment metrics. You will also act as a strategic business partner to our HR Director and other internal stakeholders.

You will have extensive experience in the recruitment profession, with a proven track record of developing and implementing recruitment strategies within a corporate environment. You should be familiar with the latest trends and developments in recruitment and be able to apply them effectively.
