As the Frontend Development Lead, you will guide your team in delivering scalable, reliable, and resilient front-end solutions, establishing high standards and best practices throughout the development process. This is a significant role within a global FMCG enterprise, supported by a diverse workforce of 26,000 dedicated employees.
This position is ideal for a frontend specialist with substantial experience, ready to embrace leadership responsibilities and make a meaningful impact. Be a key player in developing innovative, cloud-based applications while nurturing a culture of collaboration, creativity, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and high-performance front-end solutions utilizing TypeScript, React, and Next.
- Develop testable code that prioritizes scalability, reliability, and resilience.
- Actively participate in technical discussions, providing valuable insights to influence decision-making.
- Mentor and support team members, promoting high standards and best practices to enhance and scale our platform.
